ANTITARLO AQ
WATER IMPREGNATING AGENT WITH INSECTICIDE AND PESTICIDE ACTION
Colourless waterborne liquid anti-woodworm product applied by injection. Treatment for disinfestation of wooden construction elements. Applied by deep injection using micro perforations.
ANTITARLO AQ is a transparent compound in watery emulsion that was specifically developed to prevent and treat attacks by wood parasites.
The product does not alter the natural beauty of wood because it acts through impregnation without creating a superficial film, it does not yellow and has low dry residue that keeps breathability high.
The effectiveness of treatment in time depends on the amount of product applied and how to apply it: two or more coatings brush applied instead of spray applied make treatment last longer.
- It is possible to colour the product with MORDENZANTE ANTITARLO AQ available in five colours: chestnut, walnut, ebony, olive and beechwood.
- The product can be overcoated with any type of painting: wait at least 10 days for the water introduced with anti-woodworm treatment to evaporate from the wood.
- ANTITARLO AQ is an environmentally friendly and odourless product because it uses water instead of traditional solvents.

Preparation of the support:
Wood needs to be stripped of paint using sandpaper and it needs to be sand-blasted or scraped to remove pre-existing waxes, enamels or varnishes and possible raised wood fibres.
Preparation of the product and application:
The product comes ready to use.
To colour the product add 1 litre of MORDENZANTE ANTITARLO AQ to 10 litres of ANTITARLO AQ and mix.
Apply two or more brush, roller or low pressure spray coats of product, sand-papering between one layer and the other.
Notes
Do not apply the product with support and/or environmental temperatures lower than +5 °C and higher th an +35 °C and with relative humidity in the environmen t > 85% and in the support > 10 °C.
Do not apply on surfaces directly irradiated by the sun or with superficial condensation.
Please remember to remix the product enough before diluting it.
Drying time depends on the temperature and air humidity contents: once the product is applied, consider approx. 30 minutes at 20 °C with 50% R.H..
Available in 10 lt and 25 lt packages.
Store the product in its original sealed containers at a temperature between +5 °C and +40 °C, away fr om the sun and frost.
If stored in the conditions set above, the product remains unaltered for 12 months.

- When applied outdoors, it protects wood from decay caused by weathering.
