Rinfomix

3 to 5 mm thick multilayered floor, realized with a series of self-levelling epoxy layers, saturated with German spheroidal quartz. A glass fiber mesh is fit into the first resin layer. Finishing is carried out by setting two layers of colored epoxy compound.

Finishings:

• RESICOLOR 421: standard
• RESICOLOR 421/2: high chemical resistance to achieve an anti-acid coating
• RESICOLOR 411: certified for permanent contact with drinking water

Areas of use

Recommended with cold shut casting or for localized restorations. Essential with tiled surfaces and planking or slabs which see frequent changes of load. Recommended for processing departments where high wear resistance, impact and high chemical resistance are required or where, due to frequent spilling of water the floor must be antiskid:

Features

RINFOMIX is different from the multi-layered floor thanks to the addition of a fiber glass mesh which confers increased resilience to the whole (resistance to impact), increased resistance to flection and traction, thermal shocks (hot water washing) and it markedly reduces the risk of micro-crackings.

• Continuous, waterproof, colored coating with no expansion joints
• Excellent mechanical resistance to wear and abrasion due to vehicular traffic

Working temperature between - 15 °C and + 50 °C. The choice of finishing between RESICOLOR 421, 421/2 and 411 confers the floor chemical resistance properties to acid and basic substances, or suitability for contact with food or drinking water.
